SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping & Handling:
  • Standard lead time is 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page.
  • White Sands Interiors orders will include shipping fees that will be added to your order total. 
  • In stock items will be shipped via courier with few exceptions. 
  • Please note that the restocked dates are estimates and subject to change. We will be sure to notify you if there is an extended restocked date. You will be charged upon check-out for all items.
  • To change your address, please reply to the confirmation email or email info@whitesandsinteriors.co.nz with your updated address. If your order has already been delivered (or cannot be changed by courier), there may be a charge to have it uplifted or re-directed to you.

Shipping & Product Damage:
  • In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please reach out to info@whitesandsinteriors.co.nz to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery. Please include the following:
    • A photo of the damaged item in its original packaging
    • A photo of the shipping label 
  • Claims will be responded to within 3-5 business days. Most products shipped are eligible to be replaced. White Sands cannot guarantee replacements on damaged merchandise reported after 24 hours of receipt.
  • It is the receiver’s responsibility to ensure items are in perfect condition before signing paperwork and allowing the driver to leave. 
  • White Sands cannot guarantee returns, exchanges, or refunds on items accepted and signed for or are reported after 24 hours. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any shipping that may incur. Occasional exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Payments:
  • Which credit cards do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Can I pay for my purchase in installments
    • Yes, we’ve partnered with After Pay so you can pay for your purchase with 4 easy installments. Just select After Pay on the billing page of checkout to complete your purchase through their services. Orders must be between $50-$1000 to qualify for the After Pay installments.

Returns:
  • All Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. 
  • In the unfortunate event your order arrived damaged, please refer to the above "Product Damaged" terms.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original White Sands Interior Order Confirmation or Packing Slip. We do not refund original shipping charges. Unsolicited online returns will not be accepted. 
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be received no longer than 30 days after initial delivery.
  • Products are not eligible for return regardless of any delays in order processing, shipping, or delivery. The estimated shipping dates and any changes to those dates that are made after an order is placed are agreed to at the time of purchase. â€‹â€‹
